Clothes can be hard to find. Especially bigger sizes. Shoes as well. If you’re in Seoul, Dongdaemun is a good, cheap place to find clothes and shoes and they often have larger sizes. You can also find some stuff in Itaewon as well, though prices will be much higher.
Expect to miss the food. Things like honey are harder to find, and expensive, think about $15 for a little bottle. Coffee is also hard to find. You COULD bring some of that with you. Or go to foreign grocery stores, there are some in Itaewon, where you could buy them, but pay an arm an a leg, but you will have the food you want.
Toilitries vary, you might want to bring your own. Birth control, such as pills or condom are something that you’ll probbaly want to bring.
Bring your laptop, and camera as well.
You’ll probably see people at the airport lugging huge bags. The sad part is that they probably won’t use half of it. Best advice: take half the stuff you think you’ll need, and double the money.
