Internal flights are more expensive and more hassle than they are worth. You’d have to live next to the airport to make it worthwhile.
Buses are comfortable and you can get most from seoul to any other city / town in the country from less than 40,000won (€27approx).
The only time you might consider flying anywhere would be if you were to go to Jeju Do, and even then there are lots of boats going there from various parts of the mainland, taking anywhere from 3 hours to 12 hours depending on which boat you take. Tickets are less than 40,000 for the most part.
