What are the advantages/disadvantages of working split shifts?

I've been offered two jobs; with and without split shifts. Given that they are nearly identical, which one should I choose?

I’ve been offered a job, now what?

I know that I have to apply for a visa, but is there anything else I should be doing?

I can’t get a job in Seoul or Busan. What should I do?

Seoul and Busan seem super competitive. I don't want to be stuck out in the middle of nowhere.
